William Raveis Real Est. Inc.<\/a>, 272 A.3d 150 (Conn. 2022). While there was no statement of an intent to discriminate, the state law does not require proof of intent; rather it prohibits making any statement that indicates a preference not to rent to someone because of their \u201csource of income.\u201d Conn.
