Both cases settled before the Supreme Court could determine the issue. The most recent was\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.lsnj.org\/sjls\/PDF\/111159p.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Mt. Holly Gardens Citizens in Action, Inc. v. Twp. of Mt. Holly,<\/a>\u00a0658 F.3d 375 (3d Cir. 2011). The prior case was\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.justalandlord.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/11\/order_denying_Petition_for_Rehearing_with_dissenting_opinion_11-15-2010_SHSJ_case.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Gallagher v. Magner,<\/a>\u00a0619 F.3d 823 (8th Cir. 2010). Another lawsuit is in process called\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfpbmonitor.com\/files\/2013\/06\/HUD.pdf\" class=\"mtli_attachment mtli_pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Am. Ins. Ass&#8217;n v.
