It is not a nuisance to block a neighbor\u2019s view by building on your own land. Owners do \u201cnot have a right to sunlight and open space on adjacent properties.\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndcourts.gov\/supreme-court\/opinions\/153215\">Berger v.
