Teaching

Recognition for my teaching includes the HLS Student Government Teaching and Advising Award (2020); the UVA Student Council Distinguished Teaching Award (2019); the 2018 Z Society Distinguished Faculty Award (for “one outstanding member of the University’s faculty who has positively impacted the student body); and recognition at the Seven Society’s 27th Annual Monticello Dinner Series (for “exemplary scholarship and transformative instruction of students at the University of Virginia School of Law”).
